Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Customers can request a return if they receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective item
• The wrong product or size

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Products damaged after use
• Washed or worn items
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Products purchased during special clearance or final sale offers

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong size or a defective item, we offer exchanges based on product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
